Each policyholder with Krist Insurance Services is provided a service team. The Service Team consists of an Account Executive, a primary Account Manager and a backup Account Manager to support whenever needed. The Account Executive ( your agent) is primarily concerned with meeting your expectations for quality insurance products and services. This includes risk management, insurance program review and insurance recommendations.

Your Account Manager and Team is responsible for providing timely service on all policy issues related to policy changes, certificates of insurance, claims reporting and endorsements.
