Administration Michael Edwards Dept. Head Director of Operations-Previous insurance experience includes marketing, underwriting and claims management.

Administration Lesli Dorr Executive assistant to the president- Lesli has 18 years experience in this position and is a graduate of Cleveland State University.

Administration Kimberly Hamner Executive Assistant-Kim has 5 years experience as the Food/Beverage manager at Glen Oaks Country Club and 5 years experience as the assistant Clubhouse Manager at Des Moines Golf and Country Club.

Life and Health Anne Best Life and Health Account Manager-Anne has held various marketing positions in the Des Moines area including for a pasta manufacturing company and selling real estate in the area. Anne lives in West Des Moines with her children and is an active participant in their activities. She also enjoys the outdoors, racquetball, snow skiing, biking and kayaking.
